The Simplest Slow Cooker Hot Chocolate
This easy slow cooker hot chocolate is cocoa-forward and perfectly balanced, not overly sweet. Set it up once and let it stay warm for effortless winter hosting.
- 8 cups milk of choice
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Add everything except the vanilla to the slow cooker.
Cook on LOW for 1½–2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
Stir in vanilla, switch to WARM, and serve with marshmallows or whipped cream.
