Pumpkin Spice Latte
A healthier version of your favorite pumpkin spice latte, made with real pumpkin puree and maple syrup.
Prep Time 10 minutes minutes
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup (adjust according to taste)
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 shot espresso (or 1/2 of strong coffee)
- sprinkles of cinnamon for topping
In a small saucepan, combine the milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and pumpkin spice
Warm mixture gently over medium heat, just until it's hot and the ingredients are well mixed together
Remove from heat
Use a handheld frother to froth the milk until creamy and foamy
Pour your espresso or coffee into a mug
Gently pour the pumpkin milk misture over the espresso
Sprinkle with cinnamon or more pumpkin spice
