3ripe bananas, mashed
1/2cupgranulated sugar
1large egg
1/4cupbutter, melted

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a standard loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until mostly smooth. A few small lumps are fine.
Add the sugar, egg, and melted butter to the bananas. Stir until fully combined.
Add the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Gently fold until just combined. Do not overmix.
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
