Cinnamon Latte
A warm and cozy homemade cinnamon latte that's perfect for fall and winter mornings.

- 1 shot espresso or 1/2 cup of coffee
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (or half a tablespoon if you prefer it less sweet)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- whipped cream and extra cinnamon for topping
Brew coffee or espresso
Heat milk in a saucepan until hot but not boiling. Froth using a frother, whisk, or blender.
Stir cinnamon, maple syrup, and vanilla into the hot milk.
Pour coffee into a mug, then add spiced milk. Top with foam.
Garnish with whipped cream or a cinnamon sprinkle. Enjoy!
