Welcome – I’m Natalie Linda Martinez. I got married in June 2017 and I have thoroughly enjoyed figuring out what being a wife means to me. It’s been a dream come true finding that perfect person to share my life with, and I want to make sure I enjoy every step of it. I’m also a freelance copywriter, and I have a background in book publishing.
About a month after our wedding, my husband and I watched What the Health, and it changed our lives. We went vegan that same day and we’ve loved every second of this new lifestyle. Choosing to give up animal products after decades of consuming meat takes education and commitment. I’ve written some posts about what I’ve learned in hopes that it makes it a little easier for someone who’s considering making the transition to a vegan diet. Of course, after I learned about the torture that animals endure in agriculture farms and laboratories, I wanted to make sure that I applied this vegan mind frame to all areas of my life. This includes only using cruelty-free makeup, beauty products, clothing, accessories, shoes, and household products.

This is why I started this blog. I think many of us can use all the help we can get when we undergo big life changes. I’m thankful for all the advice I’ve gathered from other bloggers, documentaries, and book authors, and I hope to do the same for anyone who reads my posts.
My ultimate goal is to help make your life a little easier by sharing what I’ve learned along this new journey of mine, in hopes that you can pick up a few useful tips.
